There will be a touring and conference for local and foreign investors in Yongdae-li, Inje-gun,
Kangwon Province, which is a place to build Nepal Village, on November 18th, 2008.
Nepali investors will arrive on November 17th, and the local investors will go on a bus
in front of IFC HQ Vabien II at Seodaemoon Station on November 18th at 8:30.
The detail schedule will be having lunch in Yongdae, Inje-gun with Hwangtae, looking around
the Nepal Village, and having conference in Manhae village and talk about each other’s interests.
Nepal Village is the biggest tourist business targeting five millions of visitors going to
Baekdam Temple, going rafting to Narin River, going to the car racing stadium, East Sea beaches,
Sulak Mountain, etc.
Building the Nepal Village will start in March 2009 and be finished in April 2010 total cost
will be two billion won, 500 million won from Nepal and one and half billion from Korea.
The investment will be when the IFC Holdings Inc. is established in January 2009.
2008년 11월 18일(화) 네팔빌리지 설립예정지인 강원도 인제군 용대리에 내, 외국인 투자자 현지 답사 및 설명회를 실시 할 예정이다.
이를 위해 네팔의 투자팀은 11월 17일에 도착 예정이며 내국인 투자 희망자들은 11월 18일 08시 30분에 서대문역 클럽본부 바비엥 2앞에서 버스로 출발 할 예정이다.
설명회 일정은 당일 12시경에 인제군 용대리에서 황태정식으로 점심식사와 네팔빌리지 설립 예정지 답사 만해마을 강당에서 간단한 설명회와 함께 상호 관심사에 대한 의견을 나눌 예정이다.
네팔빌리지는 백담사를 방문하는 관광객, 내린천 레프팅에 관련된 관광객, 자동차경기장을 방문하는 관광객, 속초 등 동해안을 방문하는 관광객, 설악산을 찾는 관광객 등 연500만명의 관광객을 대상으로 하는 최고의 관광사업이다.
네팔빌리지는 2009년 3월에 착공을 하여 2010년 4월에 완공을 할 예정이며 총투자액은 200억원의 사업비를 예상하고 있으며 네팔측에서 50억원 한국측에서 150억원을 투자 할 계획이다.
